OPTIMAX® GMAX+ is an optimized blend of glucoamylase, pullulanase and lysophospholipase to convert liquefied starch to glucose and ensure excellent purification of the obtained syrups.

Maximizes glucose yields reaching 97% glucose at 30% dissolved solids and exceeding 95% glucose at 38% dissolved solids.

Improves manufacturing of fructose, sorbitol, dextrose monohydrate and organic acids by achieving 0.5% higher glucose yields.

Increases seasonal glucose output by 10% without any investment in hardware.
